KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, a leading global IT consulting organisation has received equity investment of Rs 112.5 crores for 8.88% stake from Warhol Limited, Mauritius (an affiliate of Chrys Capital V LLC, Mauritius). The Company will use the proceeds for funding its growth and for investment in its subsidiaries and joint ventures and general corporate purposes.
Avendus Capital was the exclusive financial advisor to KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited.
