That early responsibility has honed my skills and taught me how to build trust in high-stakes environments, something few platforms offer so early in a career.

When I joined, the capital markets team was barely a year old. Over the last two years, I have enjoyed a front-row seat to its growth, and the chance to help shape it. It’s been an energising, hands-on experience of Avendus’ entrepreneurial spirit in action.
