Avendus had an early conviction in technology businesses, well before the sector became mainstream in India. That belief gave me the opportunity to partner with founders building category-defining companies over a long period of time. Seeing many of those businesses now emerge as market leaders has been incredibly rewarding. 

We’re seeing a shift from pure growth to sustainable, resilient businesses. Founders are building with sharper unit economics, stronger governance, and clearer paths to profitability. That maturity is setting the stage for the next generation of enduring tech companies.

Spending time with family and friends helps me recharge. I also enjoy exploring new food spots and watching films or series that offer fresh perspectives; it’s a great way to unwind and stay curious.
