As head of the 100+ member Institutional Equities team and business, Ganeshram wears two hats.

He leads India's top ranked strategy desk advising CIOs and portfolio managers on their India portfolios. Engaging with senior managements and business ecosystem at large, connecting the dots between the top down and bottom up helps him to be ahead of the curve and contrarian. Earlier, he was a highly rated financials sector lead analyst and Head of Research shaping the core philosophy of the team.

Since 2013, he is also responsible for the business' P&L, overall team performance, growth strategies, identifying talent, cohesion, culture, discipline and risk management.

Ganeshram joined Spark as its first professional in 2006 prior to which he was a credit analyst with HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank lending to India's large corporates. He is a CPA. Remains deeply passionate about family, food and cricket.
