What are the three headline accomplishments you want BCML to
be known for in the next ten years and what are the near-term
milestones that will indicate you’re on track?
A decade from now, I would like BCML to be known for three
things. First, for building one of India’s most credible biopolymer
and green-chemicals platforms. Our move into PLA isn’t just
a diversification, it’s about proving that sustainability and
profitability can grow in the same direction. Second, I hope we’re
recognized for transforming sugarcane into a truly circular, value-
rich ecosystem. Sugar will remain important, but the future lies
in unlocking the full potential of every by-product and ensuring
farmers share in that value creation.

And third, I want BCML to stand for a modern, values-driven style
of leadership, one that’s rooted in trust, discipline and integrity,
but confident enough to take bold bets. For my generation and
