Overview-

Avendus Structured Credit Fund is a sector agnostic fund focused on the performing credit space, providing structured credit solutions to high quality, mid-market Indian companies across sectors with a focus on Healthcare, IT Services, Chemicals, and Specialized Manufacturing and Services.

It leverages the strengths of Avendus Group’s ecosystem, its deep domain knowledge across sectors, experience, and its network to provide credit solutions to high performing businesses and entrepreneurs.

The first series of the Fund was launched in 2017 and has made nine investments to date out of which eight have completely prepaid within ~4 years of initial close. Avendus Structured Credit Fund II is a Category II close ended investment fund with a target size of INR 500 crore with a greenshoe option of another INR 500 crore. Avendus Structured Credit Fund III was recently launched with a target size of up to INR 4000 crore, including a green shoe option of INR 2,000 crore.

The fund is managed by an experienced investment team with a track record of disbursing INR 3500 Cr+ across 60+ transactions within 5 years across Avendus NBFC and the structured credit fund.
