What do we
look for?

  • To be a part of our Client Relations team, you must have high emotional connect to build long-term relationships with clients. In addition, you must have knowledge of markets, asset classes and financial products.

    For our Products and Advisory team, we look for individuals that have a deep understanding of the financial markets, have the ability to source / create investment products and demonstrate strong analytical and due-diligence skills. You will have the flexibility to move across product desks and the advisory team to gain exposure.

    Client Operations recruits detail-oriented and process-focussed individuals. You should be highly motivated to facilitate a smooth client experience and have strong execution skills to deliver on-time and high-quality output.

    Client Servicing works closely with Relationship Managers to build long-term business relationships with clients. We look for candidates that have a high client centric focus, good communication skills, are detail oriented and have a track record of demonstrating execution excellence.
