Anshul Jain - Executive Director of Structured Credit is currently building Avendus Finance, the credit solutions arm of Avendus and one of the prominent structured debt capital providers in the market. With 17+ years of experience, majorly in the structured credit space, he brings in-depth expertise across the entire deal life cycle – origination, structuring, credit underwriting execution and portfolio management. He has extensive understanding of an array of financing products including sponsor financing, acquisition financing, special situation financing, mezzanine financing, bridge financing and growth financing across sectors.

He has been an integral part of Avendus Finance for the last 8 years. Prior to Avendus, he worked at Nomura for 7 years as part of the structured credit team focusing on both domestic and cross border financing transactions for Indian corporates. In the initial years of his career, Anshul also worked at Lehman Brothers as part of the exotic derivatives trading desk and was involved in pricing and risk managing extremely complex derivative products.

Anshul holds a B.Tech & M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and is also a CFA and FRM charter holder.
