Avendus is an investment bank based in India with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. The firm was founded in 1999 by three investment bankers Ranu Vohra, Gaurav Deepak and Kaushal Kumar, who had worked for large global financial institutions and wanted to offer knowledge and research oriented capital raising and M&A solutions to international firms with a strong India connection. Over the last five years Avendus has served more than 100 corporates and funds in M&A, Private Equity and debt raising and in strategic advisory.
